IBA-CEE successfully concluded a two-day workshop on Discovering Leadership through Self-Analysis, held from October 23–24, 2025, at IBA City Campus, Karachi.
Led by Dr. Khurram Sharif, Marketing Professor at Qatar University, the program brought together 27 participants for an engaging exploration of leadership behaviors, personalities, and styles. Key themes included communication, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and power dynamics.
Participants engaged in interactive activities using Legos and balloons, alongside psychometric assessments such as the Briggs Myers Test, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, and Leadership Style Profiling to discover and enhance their unique leadership identities.
