IBA-CEE, in collaboration with Yunus Textile Mills Limited, launched the Leadership Academy, a strategic initiative to develop high-potential leaders and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization. The launch brought together senior executives and board representatives from Yunus Textile Mills along with CEE leadership. Opening remarks were followed by a session on the vision behind the academy, an introduction to the learning journey by program faculty, and closing remarks from IBA Karachi's School of Business Studies. The event concluded with a networking dinner.
