Islamabad, July 28 to August 8, 2025: The Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. Pakistan (OGDCL), in collaboration with the Center for Executive Education, IBA Karachi, successfully concluded the latest cohort of the Learning Excellence for Accelerated Progression (LEAP) program.
This immersive two-week initiative equipped 30 OGDCL officers from diverse professional backgrounds with vital leadership competencies to excel in their careers. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and experiential learning, participants strengthened their leadership mindset, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
The program was facilitated by an esteemed team of experts: Mr. Amer Qureshi, Dr. Noureen Ayaz, Mr. Moeid Sultan, FCA , FPFA, Salman Shehzad, Dr. Nadeem Qureshi and Dr. Amir Awan.
The program concluded with a closing ceremony where participants were awarded certificates, marking their successful completion of the program and their commitment to applying these learnings for both professional growth and personal development.
