Islamabad, August 26th to September 6th, 2024: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, successfully concluded the 14th cohort of the Learning Excellence for Accelerated Progression (LEAP) program.
This intensive two-week program equipped 30 talented OGDCL officers from diverse departments with the necessary skills to excel in their leadership roles. Participants honed their leadership practices, emotional intelligence, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities through interactive sessions and engaging activities, including leadership and Design Thinking Exercises.
The program was led by a team of distinguished facilitators: Mr. Atif Rahim Khan, Dr. Sharjeel Hasnie, Dr. Asad Ilyas, Dr. Nadeem Kureshi, Mr. Salman Shahzad and Mr. Maisam Thariani.
The program culminated in a grand certificate distribution ceremony. Mr. Talat Haider the Chief of Oil & Gas Training Institute along with Dr. Khalid Amin & Dr. Nadeem Kureshi had the honor of presenting the certificates to the participants.
In his address to the participants, Mr. Talat Haider encouraged them to apply the knowledge gained from this 10-day workshop to elevate both their professional and personal lives.
