June 12 - July 10, 2021: Skills Development Program at the CEE conducted an online training with the 2nd batch of the Art of Managing Inventories. It was a 10 hours' online program with a 2 hours on-campus complimentary session. The program was facilitated by the Mr. Mudasser Ali Khan, a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS (USA), Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) from ISCEA (USA), and a holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain from IBA, Karachi.
The course outline consisted of types of inventories, inventory forecasting, purchasing inventory, inventory storage, inventory analysis, inventory accounting, and inventory tracking. 15 executives participated form various organizations like Artistic Milliners, Novatex Ltd., HBL, and MAL (Pakistan) Ltd. The participants discussed real-time inventory related matters with the trainer and also presented their projects in the last session.
