July 17-August 7, 2021: Skills Development Program at the CEE designed and conducted a new training on Cost Analysis Tools, a real-time 12-hour online program comprising of lectures, discussions and insights on actual cost sheets and calculations on MS Excel. The program was facilitated by IBA Visiting Faculty, Mr. Mohsin Adhi. The program aims to help project teams to organize, interpret and communicate organizational information so that informed and timely decisions can be executed, that in turn will assist in value creation of the firm with the external stakeholders.
The training was attended by executives from Jilani Multipack (Pvt) Ltd., TCS (Pvt) Limited, AGP Ltd., and Darson Industries, belonging to Engineering, Accounts, Finance, Warehousing, & Production departments.
