March 10 & 11, 2022:: The Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, hosted a two-day workshop on "Manager as a Coach" at City Campus, Karachi.
The two-day program conducted at the city campus highlighted that coaching is all about helping someone else to learn. Good coaching and performance management leads to self-motivation and an attitude that is oriented towards continual improvement. This workshop also taught the key principles and skills of coaching, enabling managers to get the best out of their teams.
