IBA-CEE Conducts High-Impact Design Thinking Workshops for K-Electric

IBA-CEE is delivering a customized series of Design Thinking workshops for K-Electric, designed to strengthen innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving across all managerial levels.

The engagement started with Manager-level professionals, then moved to Deputy Director to Director-level, and currently focuses on training Deputy General Manager to General Manager-level staff. So far, IBA-CEE has conducted 9 out of the planned 14 batches, training 40 participants in each session. The participants have shared excellent feedback, emphasizing the relevance, depth, and impact of the training content and facilitation.

A team of experienced IBA faculty and trainers — Dr. Mohammad Azam Ali, Atif Murtaza, Dr. Mohammad Kamran Mumtaz, Dr. Mujeeb-u-Rehman Bhayo, Dr. Faisal Iradat, Tahira Jaffery, Dr. Sana Tauseef, Dr. Aitzaz Ahsan Alias SARANG, Dr. Mohsin Patel, Dr. Nyla Aleem Ansari, and Dr. Irum Saba — has been leading the sessions with expertise and insight.
