June 24, 2022: Managing Director SITE Limited, Mr. Munawar Ali Mahesar invited officials from CEE at the SITE Association Head Office.
This meeting was attended by Dr. Rameez Khalid, Director CEE and Associate Professor IBA Karachi and Mr. Faisal Jalal, Visiting Faculty, IBA Karachi and Convener Operation Excellence Forum, CEE, IBA Karachi, Mr. Abdul Rasheed, President SITE Association, Mr. Saud Mehmood, Senior Vice President SITE Association and Mr. Muhammad Kamran Arbi, Vice President SITE Association.
Various challenges faced by the industry were discussed among the participants and multiple ideas were exchanged to cope up with those challenges. How industry-academia linkage can help to resolve some of the obstacles was also discussed. Mr. Abdul Rasheed, President SITE Association appreciated this idea and reinforced the need of establishing industry-academia linkages in organizations.
Towards the end, President SITE Association, Mr. Abdul Rasheed presented a souvenir to the Team CEE, IBA, whereas Dr. Rameez Khalid, Director CEE presented the souvenir to the Executive Committee Members of SITE Association.
