Employment Laws & Industrial Relations (Advance)

The Advanced Diploma in Employments Laws & Industrial Relations (Level 2) will equip the participants in developing their outlook about Labour Economics, understanding of Comparative Labour Laws in Asia, UK and US. It will also develop their practical insight into Labour Law Compliance Requirements, and Challenges, using the social dialogue platform for improved Industrial Relations and capacity to conduct IR Research and writing case studies.

Who should attend?

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree with minimum second division or equivalent from accredited institution.

Eligibility

The participants must meet anyone of the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Must have successfully completed the Basic Diploma Course in ELIR
  2. Must possess a Diploma in Labour Laws from any certified training organization such as NILAT, PIM, or recognized institution or university.
  3. Must have 15 years of professional experience working in the area of IR and Employee Engagement.

  • To comprehend the application of the Labour Laws, legal obligations of employers for compliance and consequences of noncompliance for the establishment.
  • To familiarize with the concept of social dialogue and its importance in Industrial Relations and good practices in Collective Bargaining and dispute resolution.
  • To comprehend employee talent management process and the capacity to manage diversity, and performance.
  • To identify managerial skills for IR Practitioners.
  • To improve the capacity to conduct IR research and writing case studies.

IBA CEE Cancellation Policy for Diploma Programs

Upon receipt of Provisional Enrollment's Confirmation Email from IBA-CEE, the program fee is due. No refund or adjustment will be made for any reasons after that email. Cancellation request must be made in writing before the receipt of Provisional Enrollment's Confirmation email.

Program Fees: PKR 150,000/- (excluding of 5% SST)

20% early bird discount will be offered for registering before November 27, 2023.

Early bird discount unavailable for students opting to pay fee in installments

Fee Includes: Test and Exam Fees, Diploma and Transcript. Fees do not include course material, books, stationery, lunch and refreshments.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of the acceptance of participants to the program along with the invoice.
