Islamabad, August 19th to 21st, 2024: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, successfully conducted the 2nd Cohort of "Developing Leadership Potential Through Self Analysis" workshop.
This intensive 3-day program equipped 20 Senior Management officials of OGDCL from diverse departments with the necessary skills to excel in their leadership roles. Participants honed their leadership practices and problem-solving abilities through interactive sessions and engaging activities, including a unique LEGO Serious Play module.
The program was led by two of IBA's distinguished facilitators: Dr. Asad Ilyas & Dr. Khurram Jehangir Sharif.
