Family businesses are the backbone of Pakistan's economy yet many face challenges that are difficult to discuss openly and even harder to resolve internally.
The IBA Family Business Leadership Series brings business families together to address real issues, have structured conversations, and leave with clear, actionable plans. This is not a traditional classroom program. It is a confidential, facilitated environment to work on the challenges that matter most.
