The students of PGD Human Resource Management had the privilege of attending an engaging guest speaker session
on “Managing Change in Organisations”. The session was hosted by Dr. Irum Saba and featured the renowned speaker, Mr. Hamza Abdul Rauf CEO of Telemart.
During the session, Mr. Hamza provided valuable insights on comparing outcomes and outputs in the context of managing change. He also shared the inspiring journey of Telemart, which left the students thoroughly impressed and eager to express their appreciation for his thought-provoking and insightful session.
