Islamabad, May 31st, 2024: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, successfully concluded the 11th cohort of the Learning Excellence for Accelerated Progression (LEAP) program.
This intensive two-week program equipped 30 talented OGDCL officers from diverse departments with the necessary skills to excel in their leadership roles. Participants honed their leadership practices, emotional intelligence, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities through interactive sessions and engaging activities, including a unique LEGO Serious Play module.
The program was led by a team of distinguished facilitators: Dr. Hilal Butt, Dr. Khurram Sharif, Dr. Sharjeel Hasnie, Dr. Mohammad Asad Ilyas, Dr. Nadeem Kureshi, and Mr. Salman Shehzad.
The program culminated in a grand certificate distribution ceremony. Dr. Asad Ilyas, our distinguished facilitator, Mr. Shahzad Safdar, Executive Director HR OGDCL & Mr. Talat Haider, Chief of Oil & Gas Training Institute (OGTI) had the honor of presenting the certificates to the participants. Mr. Shahzad Safdar, in his address to the participants, encouraged them to apply the knowledge and skills they had gained to their professional roles. He commended their dedication and hard work throughout the program, emphasizing how exemplary their commitment and enthusiasm have been.
