Aprilh 26, 2024: Center for Executive Education, IBA in collaboration with The KPI Institute Australia, successfully conducted one more iteration of the workshop on "KPI Essentials" on April 26, 2024, led by the industry expert and trainer Mr. Farhan Mahmood. The KPI Essentials helped delegates in developing key competencies in performance management, to improve processes such as KPI selection, KPI documentation, KPI data gathering, and reporting.
During the training, participants were familiarized with the most important tools and techniques in working with KPIs, and they learned how to build a performance management culture.
