04 March 2023: The CEE Family Managed Business Program welcomed the 10th Batch of the Diploma in Family Managed Business to the IBA on 4th March 2023.
The Family Managed Business Program is the only dedicated management program for the next generation of family business and is led by Ms. Aysha Anas Iftikhar, Founding Program Director Family Managed Business Program. The curriculum covers Family Business Governance, People Management, Marketing, Finance and Operations Management and is taught by seasoned faculty.
The program enables the next gen to navigate challenges of family, management and ownership unique to family business and is focused on helping build alignment of family members through a shared vision. Participants learn ways to structure family business governance for growth and multigenerational transitions.
